Agreement

By using CommercePing, you agree to these Terms. "CommercePing", "we", "us", "our" refers to the service operated by Ramiz Raja, sole proprietor, trading as Ping Apps Lab. "You" means the merchant or authorized user of the store.

Service description

CommercePing sends WhatsApp messages across the order lifecycle for WooCommerce and Shopify stores: order received, customer confirmation/COD verification (with Confirm, Request cancellation, and Need help reply buttons), shipped, and delivered. You connect your own WhatsApp Business number via Meta Embedded Signup. We do not provide a shared number.

Subscription scope

  • Each subscription covers one store and one sending WhatsApp number.
  • Multiple stores or numbers require separate subscriptions.
  • Order allowance resets monthly. At the cap, new orders are skipped with an upgrade reason; no overage charges.

Fees and billing

  • CommercePing fees: Monthly subscription per the pricing page (Free $0, Starter $19, Growth $49, Scale $79 per month). No annual plans, trials, or coupons in v1.
  • Meta fees: WhatsApp message charges are billed directly by Meta to your WhatsApp Business Account. CommercePing adds zero markup and does not collect or intermediate Meta fees.
  • Shopify merchants: Subscription billed through Shopify's native billing system; invoices and receipts in Shopify admin.
  • WooCommerce merchants: Billing provider to be confirmed; details published before launch.
  • Cancellation: Cancel any time; access runs to the end of the paid period. See Refund policy for refund terms.

Acceptable use

You agree to:

  • Comply with WhatsApp Business Policy and Commerce Policy for all messages sent via CommercePing.
  • Obtain required opt-in consent from customers before sending WhatsApp messages.
  • Use the service only for legitimate order-lifecycle communications for your own store.
  • Not send spam, promotional broadcasts, or messages unrelated to order events.
  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer, circumvent limits, or interfere with the service infrastructure.

Violation may result in suspension or termination of your subscription. Termination does not affect your refund entitlements under the Refund policy (first-charge 14-day refund, and full refunds for billing errors and duplicate charges).

Cancellation and termination

  • You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
  • We may suspend or terminate for breach of these Terms, Meta policy violations, or prolonged non-payment.
  • On termination, we will delete your data per the Privacy policy retention schedule.

Disclaimers

  • The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
  • We do not guarantee message delivery — delivery depends on Meta's platform, network conditions, and customer device status.
  • We are not responsible for Meta policy changes, template rejections, or WhatsApp account restrictions.
  • COD cancellation replies are requests to the store, not automatic cancellations. The merchant controls order status.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CommercePing's total liability for any claims arising from or related to the service is limited to the fees you paid to CommercePing in the three (3) months immediately preceding the claim. This limit applies regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise).

In no event will CommercePing be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data, or business opportunities.

Indemnification

You will indemnify and hold CommercePing harmless from claims arising from your use of the service in violation of these Terms, Meta policies, or applicable law.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date and emailed to your account email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
